I have the crown and I brought it to tol but I don’t know what to do now, I assume I need a trait at a certain lvl but I don’t know which trait

You can't become Tol unfortunately. You can either give him the crown and get a chunk of xp and a trait point or die if you haven't found the correct information from the Forgotten Temple.
