Question about slave hunting townhall quests

Are those available in Freetown, or just in Sydaryun, and Jabal? I'm asking, because I didn't see any in Freetown, and I need to do those there for best results

Okay, so we've gotten the disclaimer out of the way. Freetown should(?) offer escaped slave quests at the Townhall. The quests are a bit random so maybe you need to try again later. I tend to have to do the opposite, dodging those quests until a deserter quest pops up.

Edit: just so you Guys and Gals know: I've done most, if not all deserter townhall quests in Freetown, and not a single slave hunting quest appeared(I have seen Varranari rebel hunting quests though), yet I had seen many of those in other Mercia cities.
