Question about new weapons in the Ark (spoilers)

So I got the Nanocarbon Scalpel, and it's got the EMP attribute, plus shock damage; so the "EMP SHOCK" is basically the robot version of Stun, right? But only to stun robots?

EMP is an electric burst damage (versus everyone)... With paralysis (vs robots).

i noticed that there are quite a few players which does not know for this option... don't u think same? shouldn't u consider adding a tip about that or something...
