Quest 48/50

Checked details on my char and can see my Quest is on 48/50 but I know available quests listed is only up to 48. Is this just a bug or am i missing 2 quests?

On another note, I've found 18 secrets. Does anyone know how many they are in total?

Not sure how many secrets in total but I can tell you I have found more than 18.
