Purpose of Ilemma in Swine Trouble?

In the quest Swine Trouble, by passing a PER 3 check, you can talk to Ilemma as an optional step. Other than a reputation drop and a free trip to Friguld, is there a point to this? I tried all the conversation options and gained nothing--so is the interaction just an easter egg?

Pointless is a fair way to describe that path.
It serves more of a dove tail for Ilemma as the guild leader but doesn't help you solve the Swine quest.

In the game, Wizards/Mages are seen as arrogant people using magic to play pranks to clergy members of The Three. They don't believe in Gods yet they worship great magic such as occult powers and the likes, speaks too high of themselves acting like perfect and very important beings so you can see Ilemma is very confident of her magic which is okay because it doesn't really have a fault, Mifadis is a failure here.
