Problem with opening bar in hearth of korne

I was doing quest trial and error. I click lever in prisoner's room and choose option to pull it to right after that bar was open and l was able to enter prisoner's part of room but i can't talk to them and lever was still in left position and i can still pull it to right but it doesn't change anything at all.
P.S. how many prisoners shoud be in cage i see two of them

Could you screenshot your Trial & Error journal entry?

Have you looked for the "loose brick" in the Heart of Korne?

There must be 3, he must have glitched and not spawned. Try to exit the area, sleep at the inn for 12h and return, he should appear.
