Potion prices more expensive in Freetown?

Everything is more expensive in Freetown... Also, Freetown merchants give slightly better prices for used goods.

Prices for items can vary between merchants. General rule, Freetown is expensive, guild shops are cheapest. General not ironclad.

Does reputation affect prices as well? I'm sure it's answered somewhere, but it fits so nicely into this conversation, and I could swear that I've seen prices fluctuate even at the same shop stall. Although, that could be due to recent pricing and cost balancing changes.

Reputation doesn't affect the cost and value of items, it's just that there is markup price and value in Freetown. In the case of some traders, is the opposite which results to lower price for goods but also lower value of items when you're selling to them.
