Possible glich

Dear not-very-detailed 3D game producing company,
I have become aware of that after level 12 i have stumbled upon a block in my path that shall not let me succeed further in my quests. Now i have greatly enjoyed the adventure this far so much that at level 6 i believe, i purchased your entire game. For having to make such purchases i expect non other than the full game. Now is this a possible money grab or am i to just assume that this is a glich in the software.

What is the block in your path? A Level cap?, A quest that's too hard, did you find a part of the map not yet added to the game, or is there a physical block????

Since thousands and thousands of players have made it through the game so far, I think it would be fair to say this a glitch or a misunderstanding on your part. But hey, the forum is here to help.
