Is it really useful for high lvl rogue? (18+) Most of bosses (with exeption of Undermother) have 100+ poison resistance. Aternatives looks attractive too - Bloodlust, Magic, Spiritual Ward.
(I already maxed Assassinate, Precision Strikes, Flurry and Heavy Handed)

It's good for poison resistance and I love useing that skill on bosses or strong mobs as an archer with the jesters bow and with that attack speed skill... what ever it's called... I'm lvl 16 so it's quite strong on mobs that don't have poison resistance like dragons

Mostly it's an extremely underpowered skill awaiting the introduction of crafting and poisons with duration effect (none of which presently exist)... It should be good eventually... But you should pass on it presently.

I've always thought that the poison slows enemy, does it?
Is that what it means by duration i.e slow duration.

Poison doesn't slow enemies. I'm guessing the duration effects he is talking about is damage over time (not currently in game). Although, having different effects for different crafted poisons (straight damage like it is now, lingering damage, slow, etc.) sounds pretty good to me!. I might waste more time crafting poisons than doing anything else in the game.

IMHO the problem of poison is not that it's weak, but that most of bosses resistant to it. Need more bosses with sane poison resistance.

I guess duration increase means that your poison flask will last on your weapon longer.
E.g. Spider Venom that deals +4 poison dmg during 15 sec with expert poison mastery will deal +6 poison dmg during 30 sec. And yes, you get +30 poison resistance as a free bonus.
Is it worth spending 6 skill points? Well, if you have a meat shield (sorry, Grissenda) so why not?
