So I'm pretty stuck, I decided it would be a good idea to follow along with the "Web of terror" quest now I'm trapped in Jabal Grotto with next to nothing for healing... Any tips? (I'm currently level 8)

Load your last save. That's about all you can do. Sorry.

Tip. Always save at a dungeon entrance.
