It is coming, but not started, yet.

I can tell you, if you have a controller, that Bluestacks will run Exiled Kingdoms fantastically if you have at least a Core i3 and 4GB of RAM.

Our developer for EK is currently focusing on the Android and IOS platforms right now.

I would guess it will come after version 1.0x (Public release plus a couple hotfixes), and since I'm guessing, you could take it with a grain of salt.

I am going to make a tutorial on how to play the game with Bluestacks very soon for people who just want to play it now on PC.

But what about my save files? I was on Android and went to iOS and i have the same save file. and i want it with me everywhere.

Can i use Bluestacks to open Google Cloud and load my save file ?

It depends on what you have within your emulator (I didn't used Bluestacks, so I can't tell for sure). But, if it has Google software infrastructure (emulator I use have), you just use your credentials with which you bought EK and you'll have access to full version as well as to cloud with your saves.
