I'll try to answer some of your questions, but only David has final word and knowledge on them.
1. About price, it's for David to decide. I guess it will be somewhat similar to Android price.
2. I guess this will work so.
David now works on cloud saving, probably it would use already existing services (like Google Play). I guess you'll be able to log in in that service(s) and exchange saved games easily.
Also I guess that manual exchange of saved files should work without any problems, just like it works now. Now you can play your game on any Android type device (phone, tablet, set top box...), export backup, manually send it with email or post it on some cloud service like dropbox or whatever you prefer, and on different Android device import it, thus enabling you to continue to play game.
As game engine is same on all platforms and changed are only some platform specific things that don't affect actual game content (but can affect how you play, i.e. how you control your character etc.), there's no reason why one saved game wouldn't work on different platform. At least I don't see a reason, but of course, David is the one to answer this.
But I'm pretty sure that David would like to enable us to play same game on any platform we like. It's to our and his advantage.
3. Because phpBB search engine has it's own limitations, I can't search for already existing threads about PC version (it was already discussed) and this question is basically answered. You could look for it manually, if you'd like.
From memory, David mentioned he would like use already existing service, as it makes things much easier for him. I think he even mentioned platform (think it was steam green light, but I'm really not sure).
