So, I was wondering if its actually possible for paralysis to be negate.

I just figure that since infantry training halves the paralysis duration, as well as stun immunity attribute, maybe if you combine them then you're completely immune to paralysis? I think it would work since they are completely different. Since infantry training is a skill and stun immunity is an attribute.

Has anyone tried that before? Does that even work?

Yes it works. When using 2H mallet in the Ark, even with very high stun and shock resistance, I would sometimes get paralyzed. Switch to 1H carbon sword and no paralysis even from battle droids or two steel wizards at once. That is why I developed a balanced 1H/2H warrior to switch effectively back and forth through dungeons.
