Own a Land and be a Landlord

This idea can make the game more fun to play. The reason I got this idea is because of every infrastructures I saw in very places. So why not make your own land. This idea is unique I bet a lot will love this

My game concept:
1. Buying a land cost money
2. Hiring workers
3. Building housings
4. Time of building
5. Small profit
6. More quest
7. More entertainment
8. You can also add a slave pit LOL

I got this idea from a ragnarok game and its an old one.
