Orc Battle Plans should be useful for someone

I remember they were usefull the first time I got one: a Sergeant of the Warior's guild needed one near Kingsbridge.

Now I find sometimes other plans and I don't know what I can do with them. I suggest we could bring them to Town Halls, or Guards in exchange of reputation, or money.

You can sell them... This suggests they have value for someone... For roleplay purposes you could pretend that rather than a merchant you are selling them to the guards.

The reality is it is more convenient to sell them because than any potion merchant will buy them as opposed to one random guy in Kingsbridge.

Especially plans about attack that never happend unfortunately... I would be in heaven if I could defend for example Kingsbridge from their attack. Maybe they would take revenge for taking their fort?
And after successful defend, their grateful portman would take me to the New Garand at least
