One question / possible bug

I can't get him to disarm the one at the end of the Maze, by the big chest or any of the traps north of Freetown. He is L13 with Dungeoneering L3. I think he's got a good shot to do those.

In his Details page, what is disarm traps %?

Sorry. Just got off work or would have replied earlier. 70% base chance of disabling traps.

So his 70% base, with a bonus or penalty of x% per level above or below his could easily knock him down below the 65% threshold... If I remember correctly, a higher level trap knocks off 3 or 4% per level above... so if it is 2 levels higher he won't even try...

This makes sense mechically...however...once seen, a bear trap is super simple to disarm. Just place a stick on the trigger plate. Maybe they shouldn't be so hard.

Those traps have a level range of 2 around the player level.

I will introduce a "deactivate traps" command to companions with the skill.
