I can't remember the exact runes and levers, it ha's been a whole since I went though there. But some advice below.

Consider that each lever turns on two runes, one of the barriers only needs 2 runes to be deactivated so you can just trial error with one lever at a time. Once you have done that you will notice that for the 4 rune barrier you need one of the runes you just used, there are only a couple of levers that have that rune, so that reduces the trial and error required to guess the security room barrier

The wiki has the switches you need to throw to navigate the complex.

If you want to figure it out yourself, the room right next to you requires two runes, so one switch must be thrown. Find the right switch, and you now know which two symbols/runes are represented. The next step requires trial and error. You need two switches thrown, each needing one of the previous runes matched with the same common rune. When you find the right switches, you know one rune's symbol for sure, two with two options, and thus the last of the four is known.

Now just put together the ones you need for each door after you find the torn page.

Quest pages for The Poisoned River

All there. Probably not included on the area page yet as the newer areas still need some TLC.
