Odd couple quest possible bug

I have the quest but when I talk to Gurr there is no text to figure out he is human. I have 3 options with the last being "I actually have no idea what your trying to tell me..."
I looked on the wiki to see if there is a Per, Awa or Int check. It's not listed if there is. I have 1 Awa, 2 Per and 0 Int. I'll try respec my skills and go back to see if it's one of the above.

INT check of 1 in order to complete. Wiki needs to be updated.

it is not a bug, you simply don't meet the requisites to complete the quest.

Either have INT 1 or Hirge in your party.
