NPCs that summon monsters

Are there other NPC's that summon monsters like the Nihur that invokes orcs?

I don’t think any npc’s can summon creatures (I classify an npc as someone you can talk to)

there are several (not sure if it counts as summoning skill)

The Undermother for example with the mimics. Also a few other enemies can 'summon' companions while fighting you.

Well, they respawn, she's the mother so...

Are you referring to "Niur," the NPC rescued in the orc mines during the quest Prisoner of Orcs? If so, Niur doesn't "summon" orcs so much as he calls for the guards because he thinks you're testing him.

Well, there's a certain NPC that summons other NPC's to fight against you...

Lady Xidar can summon her companions if you didn't kill them before you confront her. Aside from that, there is no other NPC that can summon other NPCs, even The Undermother is not summoning her daughters, they respawn after resetting the dungeon.
