No adaon

When i first got to the unknown dungeon in the mysterious letter quest. There spawned no NPCs. I tried resetting the game but nothing happened so i rust ran through the area but now i cannot acces adaon.
Could this be fixed?

I think you got a corrupted game, I can try to reset the whole quest for you, or you won't be able to progress further. Please email me at [email protected] and attach a backup file of your games (generated from the continue game menu). I will fix it for you.
