New garand farmlands quest glitch?

There is a woman in the farmlands outside the city who mentions someone is missing and that theres sounds coming from the cemetary at night. You can ask her whats wrong or if you can help but the convo just runs in a loop. Is that supposed to be a quest you can take or just backround story?

Its cool.been playing for a long time, recently passed through the area and thought to talk to her again to see if she said anything different. I made my forum account just to ask though lol.but hey, Just for the record, exhiled kingdoms is hands down the best game ive played on a smart device. I look forward to updates the way most ppl look forward to the week end. Awesome job man

I spent a session trying to find him, thinking I didn't have high enough reputation or the right traits to trigger the quest.
