need help with troll cave secrets

I found the one obvious secret door that leads to librarians, but my scroll says there are other secret doors. After clearing the cave and walking all over it with Adeon who is at 56% to find secret doors, i still can't find it. Panic's map of that dungeon is incomplete. Anyone else found secret doors in that cave?

Little area between throne and library room should have another secret door.

This only shows the Library secret. The red ? roughly marks where another small secret room is. Panic was in the process of scouring dungeons with his Cleric when his game started having issues.
