NEED help with main quest!

I need help with main storyline Th Key To The past. I asked Rur'azar to help me 1st with finding Amarisa, brought him fire salts and he helped me with Amarisa, but... But now I don't have the option in dialogue with Rur'azar where he can help me with The Key To The Past. How can I get acces to the Tower where I need some Key that shoud give me Rur'azar after I bring him 2 Minotour Horns if he just doesn't have option in dialogue to bring him those horns? What should I do? Just start new game where I need 1st ask him to help me with The Key To The Past?

I don't know about that. However, I believe the new update and the Golden Hand library in Freetown provides you with an alternative way to obtain that information

The problem is that I know from journal my grandpa's tower is located in Jaball Hills, but when I come to it I have no options that let me enter cause I didn't make the quest with minotaurs horns.

Did you have key on you when you went to tower?

The same happened to me as I learnt the location of the tower through another source before delivering the fire salts, BUT when I went to the tower I was able to enter it. Are you sure you are not missing the correct option that allows you to enter the tower? Because I remember not noticing it at first as it says (leave) in blue, so if you were not paying much attention you might have missed it.

Actually yup, that was my fault I just didn't pay attention to the "blue (leave). I found it out just after I posted scrn-shots in 15 min playing And I really thought that I got bug cause I didn't have option to make quest with minotaurs horns.
Anyway thx for help!
