If you're going with light weapons, why so much STR instead of AGI? also, I'd get Flurry.

Fighters have three real choices (archery is only a novelty for them).

2H Weapons focuses on STR and 2H Expert.
Hand Weapons balance STR/AGI, focus on Shield Expert and Infantry Training.
Light Weapons focuses on AGI and (thieves guild) Flurry.

Both 2H and Light should also look to END and Fury in order to get Battle Rage (removes stun and paralysis). Hand can look here too but they already should have Infantry Training anyway. (That said, you can get the effects of Infantry Training with a quest item, albeit you lose that clothing slot for other bonuses).

For crowd-breaking at least one point of Whirlwind or Charge is recommended (Charge can zip you over traps too) and certainly before a higher-level respec Cleave has some great utility.

Body Development, Duel, and Heavyhand are also classics.

As Duel and Heavyhand are "fixed additional" damage the rapid speed of a Light weapon will see significant benefit from them. If you think you can handle the aggro you might want to skip shields and try offhand weapons, but shields (bonus with Shield Expert) is typically seen as superior.

If you're finding not having enough Skill points, remember it costs as much to get a Skill from 2 to 3 as it takes to get a Skill from 0 to 2. Depending on where you are in your adventuring career you might be better with two Skills at 2 rather than one Skill at 3.
