More Winter Wail?

So, I learned that in this new update some bosses would reappear, and I went after them, but I noticed not only Faazvolfrul, but part of his loot re-spawned too, in other words, now I have a new Winter Wail. Will this happen again?
I wonder, because it's supposed to be unique weapon, and it can't be sold, aside of now having a backstory and a campaign.
Another question, who else re-spawn? Aside of King of Korne?

The Winter Wail re-drops to address an update with the new content.

Prior to the recent large update, Winter Wail was just an unique drop. After the update, it became a quest item. That was to allow players who got -an sold-- the Winter Wail prior to the update to be able to get it again. Otherwize, they'd be unable to complete a quest. It only impacts players in a very narrow range of criteria.

I see, I remember seeing some complains about King of Korne's lack of loot, now, I assume he is back for that awesome cloak, isn't he?

I can't even get it I beat the dragon for the shard and now I'm doing the path of the deer and respond the dragon but no sword. Huge bummer

The second Winter Wail will only appear in certain circumstances. Namely, if your character was started in an older update and acquired the Winter Wail before the installing the new update.

If your character was started with the current update, or didn't pick up until the current update, than there's only one in the game.

Winter Wail should be made available again even if we started after update and sold it. You never realize it's needed in a quest till much later on.

Winter Wail should have a quest item tag to alert you of its status as a quest item.
