Missing Full Version

Hi,
I bought the Full version, registred ad id asked on Google but
Always while playing or everytimes I log in again, doesn't recognize me
As Full version user. For example, going in nel areas andrà message about missing full
Version appears, or finding the exp bar of mi carachter locked... and so on. I never changed my device (IPhone 6s). Is it a bug ora I wrong with something? Thanks
