Misplaced Devotions - I need help

Help! Misplaced Devotions Quest isn't working. I have tried everything, I spoke to blindfolded lady and she only gave me the death valley quest. I have tried quicksaving and trying every conversation option but to no avail. I also went and spoke to red haired man and he did not have the dialogue for the quest either. I also spoke to guard post lady and that didn't work as well.

Could I please have some help as this is the only remaining quest that I haven't done so far in the Early Access version of the game. I have watched some youtube videos and they all don't seem to have the issue that I'm having.

Can you share a screenshot of what your questlog exactly says about "Misplaced Devotions"?
Because I can't help you with advice without knowing without knowing what step of the quest you are in.
