Minor: Using Charge while you are next to another enemy doesn't move your character

This is an interaction that isn't fully working correctly.

If you use charge against a far away enemy, while you are next to another enemy with reaction attack, the following happens:

The enemy next to your character triggers a reaction attack -> expected behavior
The enemy that you target takes damage from your attack -> expected behavior
Your character doesn't move at all -> not expected behavior

Either the code is not triggering, or the talent description is in error.

By any chance, did you observe if the same thing occurs if the Reaction attack misses???

Yes, it seems to both work with it hitting and it missing as far as I can see.
Just the fact that the reaction attack triggers messes up things.

Reaction attacks interupt movement, but it seems doesn't interupt the attack from charge. Things I am wondering.
Was the MP/AP of the move consumed?
Was the damage of the MP/AP added to the charge?
