The Amulet of Purification is currently an item that you can keep in your bag and use the charges of when needed.
However, it is also an amulet and mentions a Vitality resistance bonus, so does that mean that it is intended to be wearable around your neck?
Because currently that isn't the case, it can only be used to cure poison.
