Minor: Halrick doesn't start with Heroic rally on his toolbar

I know that you can still add it, but as it is one of his starting talents, there is no reason not to add it as a standard.
Certainly because some people might not realize that you can add stuff to the toolbar.

which also reminds me: there should be a hotbutton tutorial somewhere after level 2.

I would say it should trigger after first party member learns an active talent.
