Minor: Allow Lament of the depths to be cast on an empty square

In this example, I want to cast Lament of the depths on the top two Norrax to put them to sleep.
However, because of how targetting currently works, I am only able to choose one of them.
If could cast it on the empty square between them, then I would be able to put both to sleep instead.

All area effect spells should allow you to target an empty square to better manage the actual effect.
