What are the time frames when the vanari hunters, traveling merch and traveling alchemists spawn??

AFAIK, they all are random encounters.

You can sleep at the inn to reset them.

f you need a certain random encounter, a good spot to reset and check is KB. Inn is close to exit and there is a spawn point where the road wraps south around the rocks.
