Mass Critical / Troll / Thunder / Crit % with Precision 3

Is a troll supposed to able to regenerate when hit with a mass critical from any non-fire based weapon?

Current Loadout to test different abilities included.

Also, critical chance with Thunder is base 5%.
150% of 5% is 12.5%

Instead of showing 13% crit chance(rounded up) with the advanced skill Precision 3, it's showing 12% on the character screen.

Is the crit chance actually 12% or is it indeed 12.5%?

If it's 12%, it seems a penalty is applied and would be better suited to be rounded up to 13%.

If that's the case, 3 points for precision 3 is not worth the investment for 80% of the stated return
Would not recommend raising precision past level 2.

massive crits vs trolls... you got me there, I hadn't even thought about it. Until I decide anything, it is not supposed to kill them, does it?

I haven't had one regenerate yet from a massive critical.

Another way to solve the % rounding down is to use even #'s on crit%

4% 6% ect...

6% base crit chance on a weapon would scale to 9%, 12%, 15% for each level of Precision.

Could save ya a headache perhaps.
