magma sword not dropping - Mercian Royal Crypt

I opened door #6 with ruby key #6 and killed Nastur, and it dropped all items, then i tried necromancer and died, i respawned from last save on dungeon, now i kill nastur and it drops tolassian tome, bloodied scarf but no magma sword.

i has happen 2 time already, i rolled back to previous save, but if i don't kill it on first try, does it happen? or is it some kind of bug?

It's RNG (random number generator)

You have a 100% chance to get some items (like scarf), for the rest it's less than 100% and it's all about luck.

For example: Tome is a possible drop from rumor bosses (its different to mercial royal crypt, for that enemy you always get one), but after 2 years playing I only got that once as random loot.

As p4ran0id said, the Magma Longsword from Nastur is not a sure drop, but has only 50% drop chance. So it's definitely not a bug.
