Magistrate Steinz- Game Crashes

Hi
Twice now with different characters after entering Magistrate Steinz house when I go to leave house the game crashes. When you go back into the app and look to continue the game it does the same thing. There is no option to continue from a different point in the game or reset. So it’s pretty frustrating after paying for the full licence that the game is not usable. Thanks.

Leaving the house? Are you talking after waking up in the cell or before? First time you enter, you don't leave the house.

Also, what device do you use?
