I don’t think magical training works, I am trying to use the scroll of circle restoration, I have magical training and intelligence 2 but I can’t use it

In SOME dungeons, Scrolls of Recall DO NOT WORK. All other scrolls should work as described.

Is this repeatable? Version of your game? This does seem odd. Using Circle of Restoration in a long dungeon or a tough boss fight is pretty much the only solid benefit form Magical Training. This might need to be reviewed for a coding issue.... Unless there was a change in the game to limit those scrolls.
