Looking for a little insight. So all opinions/advice welcomed. Not sure if my character would be considered balanced or how exactly he would be classified,but here's all the current pedigree info

I think you need more DPS... Focus your build.

Maybe try a pure archery build using Jesters Bow. Make agility 5, so it's 6 after the Belt. Max your Archery skill out, obviously. END doesn't need to be so high, imo. The Evasion skill may help this build survive.

Or try making a Stabber. Again Agility at 6, a nice light weapon, and Stab maxed with a good Sneak skill.

Both of these builds could use Gris as your companion.give her high End and Str to tank it out and deal decent damage.

If your stab happy, use hirge. Free heal, you will take damage. Stealth is nice if your low level or solo/no companions.

Thanks for the input to those that replied. Reset my skills and changed out some equipment. Got my DPS up to 25.0 with 1h sword. Just made lvl 18. By the time I reach the hard cap at lvl 25 I should be well on my way to legendary status.
