Lost Sound in game. [BUG]

Why i am writing this. I used Search to find the topic with no sound issue, but the search would not give me anything.

I was playing the game just fine, then some pop up opened up press back few times to get back in to game and the Sounds, Music everything is gone. Tried to restart android, save the game, reload the game. Starting new game doesn't return sounds back.
It happened right after i left the wizard tower.

It is very strange that closing and opening game doesn't bring it back.

Are you 100% sure volume controls in settings are not set to 0%? and are you sure Multimedia volume in your device is not set to 0%? not the same as phone volume.

Try to delete the game's cache in Settings/Apps (cache, not data)

I have the exact same problem but I don't remember anything actually interrupting the game. I believe that I turned it on while my phone was charging and left it for a while as I was dealing with the kids for a bit. Now I start playing the game and I have no sound, except for a very feint "sound effects" sound, as in I can barely hear the tinkling of gold coins when I pick up a gold pile, but no music or other sounds. My phone music/video sound setting is at max and my sound settings for the game are at max level. I went into apps and cleared the cache for the game and restarted it and that didn't fix the problem either. *sad panda*

I assume you have restarted your device as well.

If you are on Android, please don't manually deny permissions to the game. Some permission managers sometimes prompt the user with a message like "Exiled Kingdoms wants to access your storage", and if you click on "Deny", then the game won't be able to access certain files.

Maybe somehow your installation was damaged and files are missing. Try to:

1) go to Continue Game, "Export & Cloud", and backup your data either to a file, to the cloud, or both.
2) uninstall and then reinstall the game
3) restore your data from New Game, "Export & Cloud".
