It says it will increase dodge by 5, but when I selected it and saw the level up also increased my dodge by 1 so it should've increased by 6 it had only increased by four, so lightning reflexes really only increases it by 3 not 5%.
Looking at my avoidance I had 3% dodge and +12 other from my shield. And it increased to 7% dodge and still 12% from my shield bringing me to 19% total when it should've brought it to 9% dodge and 21% total
