Lannegar mine

It's highly possible that my question has been already rise and answered, but I'll shoot it anyway since my search refused to give any returns because the words "Lannegar" and "mine" are too common words.
Well, in Lannegar mine there is a passage on the East side which is too heavy to be lifted. Is it still under development that passage (and the connected area) or is something else I should do? (Having a companion doesn't work).
