Khaladras - Dragon in Xialdar/Icemarrow Cave

Just killed my first dragon - name dragon Khaladras in the Xialdar/Icemarrow Cave - level 16.

Dropped:

Imperial Trollhunter Bow
Black Shard
Blood Thunder

I don't see a named white dragon in this area - do Random Encounter dragons spawn with names? I haven't fought a random encounter boss before now, but I was under the impression they were nameless (just title).

Also, the dragon was in a different location from where the Wiki map says random boss spawns.

In any case, it was a pleasant surprise for my lvl 16 Cleric

Random Dragons spawn with names. If you "hear" a rumor about a dragon, it will include the name. If you stumble across the dragon randomly (happens!), it might appear to be one of the named, fixed, non-random dragons in the game.
