Keep the Crown....?

I’m debating whether or not I should keep the crown of Tol, or if it would just be a hassle... it’s only doing 2 death damage to me every three seconds, but the benefits are very nice!! Thoughts? Anyone ever tried it? Thanks!

Plenty of people have opted to keep the crown for reasons ranging from "heck, why not," to having heavy death resistance builds that can use it.

If you want to keep it for a bit, feel free to do so. Most players that opt to keep it, end up giving it back sooner or later.

What class are you? It's absolutely untouchable as a Cleric, by far the best gear in the game. I'm not sure about the other classes--I definitely wouldn't keep it as a warrior or rogue, but it might be mediocre for mage.

Clerics, with high personality, tend to be the class best suited to endure the death damage.

Yep, I’m a cleric only lvl 18 too. So I’m assuming with a few more levels it’ll be “easier” to keep?

It's absolutely for a party-based/caster cleric because it has the mana, the resistances and the END trait. Clerics with high Personality along with death resist gears can endure the curse while providing buffs and healing to the party.

I kept the crown and i had it build so that the crown stopt taking damage point from me... so it became usefull however yes you need a good resist.

So my cleric uses it.... with this build she can use it with no damage taken.

This is not my best build but its close to the 85+ build i had a month agow.
