Jester's Bow. Gone forever when sold?

I have all the bow in the game except 2. The jesters bow, which I sold. And the composite bow. I cannot get the ruby key because I failed Honor Among Thieves. ( I ran away) Rolf is still alive, but the thieves have vanished and do not return.

Will the Jester bow respawn?
