Item stacking in 0.4.718

Okay folks, I normally don't request any testing in particular, but I just added item stacking and I'd like to make sure it doesn't have any bugs that can make items lost, or that can potentially duplicate items. I tested it thoroughly and it seemed fine... but I always do and there's always bugs nonetheless.

So please, try to break it for me!

I got the two minotaur horns but the librarian keeps not accepting them, is that related to stacking maybe?

I think I found a small bug with item stacking, if I press "Take all" and the loot contains a stackable item that I already have on the backpack it's not looted, I have to manually hit "Take" on the item to be able to loot it.
