At this point, the game is live only on Play Store, sorry.

You can use a Play Store Gift Card: https://play.google.com/about/giftcards/

there are websites that sell them online and instantly deliver the code.

You can add whatever credit cards you want to Play Store in your mobile, assuming it's a card accepted by them, which is something I can't know as Google handles all the purchasing.
