Hello, I am new to this board, and have a question about the clerics spirit wolf skill. I am wondering if it stays useful thru the end game? Currently I am level 19, I have the spirit wolf skill maxed, and have level 2 battle prayer which I keep running most of the time. At the moment as is I find it mostly useful. But a level or 2 ago I noticed that it's usefulness was beginning to slip. The wolf tend to die fairly fast on me, especially against tougher opponents. So I'm wondering, by the time I am level 25, and in the last dungeons, am I going to find the wolf dying to fast to really be worth the mana and skill point cost? For the same 6 skill points I could Max 2 of the ward skills for example, and I could definitely use a boost to spirit resit. Anyway, I wondering what other, more experienced players thought. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Wolf can die alot but he add DPS whenerver he's not tanking (most of the times).

Check out ian skylark's guide. Its a good build geared towards beating the game in hard mode. However if u joined the church of the three just like I did, lemme know. I have a skill build for it. It might work for u too
I did so want Skylarks cleric build to work, but found the wolf a waste of skills by the mid teens 
Not only does it die a lot but it costs mana and it's erratic movement/positioning sometimes leads to unnecessary pulls.
Sadly I found most of the cleric skills became less useful the further I progressed. Mana is our key metric and Healing our most important skill.
After numerous rebuilds I ended up just using mana solely for healing and Battle Prayer. At level 25 I now have 390 mana and rarely need to use Extra Recovery to refill.
Late game I have only found a use for three cleric skills, Healing, Thelume1 and Nivaria2. The Niv solely for Battle Prayer.
All other skills are warrior ones giving me a base dps of of 43.4 with shield and 736 health. With Battle Prayer, Duel +10 and an Elixir of G you can do some serious tanking.
