I have conducted Nivarian town hall quest for days to buy the Nivarian House.
But, I'm not sure whether the Nivarian house is available.


and one more question, Sorry guys,

Is The traveling alchemist who sells greater potion at discounted prices not existence anymore?

When I played this game months ago,
there was a traveling alchemist who sells goods at low costs and I sometimes met him.
(According to my memory, he sold Potion of greater healing at 480 G)

But, this time, I've never found the man.
Is the man disappear with updates?
Or just I'm unlucky?
