Is that a quest ?

I was able to visit Icemist (... Finally ) and a guy named irolio told me to help someone in Solliga and After that a training would be available .
However no beginning quest marking writing appeared so ... Is that a quest ?
One more question , how to reach Solliga? Really , I am running wild like a White Wolf for all the North East part of the map but no clues , I was searching for a video but still nothing found .
I suppose I Need help in this thing.

I edit this post for update It : the Quest appeared in the diary so in the pratice the only issue Is that I Just need to know the Road for Solliga .
I searched in the wiki guide but still unable to find a video of that quest there.
In my next free time I Will try to scout you tube .

Go to New Anthur, and look for passage in the north east corner

The Wiki has a page for the quest, Cold Trail.
The World Map on the Wiki also has a map of Solliga (City).

The guy in Icemist merely points you in the direction of the quest if you missed it on your way there.

A quick review of Youtube shows numerous videos on the Cold Trail quest.

As for your question how to find Solliga, you can easily find it from the New Anthur Bay map ( click here ). On the North east corner of the map, there's a bridge that leads to a trail. Follow that trail. Number 4 on the map.
