Is magma shortsword is worth??

I had cleared the quest "For assault" and it gave me 4 choices

Between the armor and the sword, I don't know which is worth.

I'm playing rogue with Deathclaw and my companion is warrior.

The breastplate of the forge armor is really good, but warrior only.

Magma shortsword is great.

Magma Sword is a great sword for when you can get it--good damage, good for trolls.
It's also sold in the Warrior's Guild, so if you're a member of the Warrior's Guild, you might opt for the Breast Plate of the Forge as you can get the sword later.

The Breast Plate of the Forge has a decent fire resist which helps with a few fire areas. It's also an unique item.

The Ring of Health (+20 poison) can help with the spider and snake areas but there's comparable rings and resistances so unless you have no use for the first two, pass on the Ring.

The *future* wizard glass might get some use out of the Arcane Pendant but for now, it seems the least useful of the items.

A melee Rogue with warrior faction should get ring.
A ranged rogue with rogue faction should probably get sword or ring.

reminder that you also get the chance to get the same ring when you complete the Hirge quest "Three Vs Eleven"...but by taking the ring there you do not get the Shield of life, or Blessed boots.

I use the ring a lot until level 12 or so, its a good health boost, but by then I stop using it as I want to use other, better rings, unless I need 20 toxic resist. Its a nice ring for your companion.

Yep. Stun Resist is worthy of being a priority. Sure not every enemy can stun you but those that do can really hammer you. Nothing like watching a 700 HP Warrior with 30 Defense die a slow and painful death...

Also, Stun is a good reason to make sure BOTH you and your companion can use scrolls that heal the entire party.

IMHO the most useful rewards between Fort Assault and Three Versus Eleven are Breastplate of the Forge and Shield of Life. Both items are good for Mausoleum and the Abbey of Saint Admus.
