Is It normal ...?

Maybe its me , but I noticed that Monsters and treasure chests of Tower of Tremadan basement dungeons ( Fire and Ice ) do not respawn .
Is that a normal thing ?

The elemental basements will respawn UNTIL each elemental crystal is acquired. After that, the dungeons remain empty. The crystal that powers the dungeon is removed so the dungeons cease.

So if I understood , I need to take the thunder Crystal too , then all the 3 Crystals Will respawn and so the Monsters ant the treasure chests too , right ?
( However the entrance of the third dungeon looks blocked by ruined Stones , so I can I unlock the access to the thunder dungeon ? )

No.

The elemental basement dungeons are only active UNTIL you grab the crystal for that dungeon.

Grabbing the crystal will stop the dungeons from spawning enemies.

The shock dungeon is not in the game at this time.

Now since the first two Crystals are gone for the two quests I assume the Fire and the Ice dungeons Will be not activable anymore .
Is that so ?

That's correct. As for the thunder dungeon - it's not implemented yet, and probably won't be for a long time

It Is a very sad thing ... I mean It was so cool to have a sort of little farming Place right right inside your property , just like a kind of magic farm .
